Returns & Refunds Policy

At EarthKiss Naturals, every product is handmade with care, using only pure, natural ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Lip Balms

• Bath Teas

These products are considered personal-use items and cannot be resold or returned for hygiene reasons.

For all other items, returns will only be accepted if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email hello@earthkissnaturals.co.za with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original method of payment.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at hello@earthkissnaturals.co.za, including clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Because our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each EarthKiss creation unique and are not considered defects.
